In a normal classroom routine, teachers ensure students have 'brain breaks', 'transition activities' and 'daily fitness' games. Not only do these keep you children active, they increase focus, reset the mind and body and help to stimulate a positive learning environment.
What is kinaesthetic learning? It basically means 'learning from being hand's on or moving'. Afterall, students work best when they have an array of activities that are not just book work.
It is important that your child still make time for movement/hands on activities as part of their daily routine. I have researched a few quality movement apps, YouTube sites and resouces for your child to consider in their time away from the classroom environment.
