Today you will choose a design that reflects your chosen celebration in your recount writing.
If your writing told me about your Australia Day celebrations you must draw a stamp reflecting what Australia could symbolise. Think- animals, flowers/trees, fireworks, Aboriginals, Australian Flag, January 26th etc etc.
If your writing told me about your Chinese New Year celebration, think about what could symbolise this for you. Think- food, chinese new year animal, dragon dance, family etc.
If your writing told me about your Christmas celebrations, what images could symbolise this? Think- food, family, Santa Claus, presents, Jesus Christ.
If your writing told me about your birthday or New Years Eve/Day celebrations, what could this look like on a stamp?- Think- fireworks, barbecues, parties, sparklers/streamers, cake.
